§ Mr. BrittanMr. Magis was returned to France, the country from which he had arrived, on 5 December 1984 under powers conferred by the Immigration Act 1971, having been refused leave to enter the United Kingdom on my personal direction that his exclusion would be conducive to the public good for reasons of national security.
