§ Q85. Sir David Priceasked the Prime Minister if she will instruct Ministers, when informing hon. and right hon. Members that a decision on a particular matter is to be taken shortly, to give also a more precise indication of the time scale within which an announcement may be expected.
§ The Prime MinisterMinisters endeavour to be as helpful as possible and I hope that where it is clear that a decision can be taken within a particular period, Members are so informed. But time scales are not always precise enough for this to be practicable.
