§ Mr. HayhoeManagement consultants have been employed for five studies since 1979: the evaluation of pay data; advice on nationalised industry board remuneration; the new management accounting and information system; monitoring the freeports system; and, jointly with the Home Office, on the efficiency of prison industries.
