§ Mr. Lyellasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will make representations to the European Commission for it to initiate and prosecute urgently 490W proceedings against the Dutch Government under article 93.2 of the Treaty of Rome in relation to the granting of preferential gas prices to Dutch growers.
§ Mr. MacGregorWe have already made repeated forceful representations to the effect that the Commission should take all possible steps provided for under article 93(2) to resolve this matter.
