§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give for 1982–83 and 1983–84 the total payments by local authorities to voluntary and private organisations providing residential care to (a) the elderly, (b) children, (c) young handicapped, (d) mentally handicapped adults, (e) mentally handicapped children and (f) the mentally ill.
