§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the hon. Member for Rutland and Melton can expect to receive a reply to the letter which he wrote to the Minister of State for the Armed Forces on 20 November 1984, and which was transferred to his Department on or around 19 December 1984 under Ministery of Defence reference number DP/JL 754/84, relating to a constituent living in Melton Mowbray.
