§ Mr. Allen McKayasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether, pursuant to his answer of 20 December 1984, Official Report, column 314, unmarried miners on strike and living with their parents will be entitled to claim retrospectively under the housing benefits regulations for payment in respect of board and lodging for the period from the beginning of the strike up to 19 December 1984.
