Member for Bournemouth, East (Mr. Atkinson) on 20 December, Official Report, column 266, if he will now define in detail what further steps are being considered to build on measures already taken by the Government since 1979 to encourage a greater availability of accommodation for rent in the private sector.
§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend is examining all the legislation relating to the private rented sector. I cannot speculate on the outcome.
