§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeAverage list sizes have fallen between 1974 and 1983 from 2,384 to 2,155. We regard the average as of less significance than the extremes of the range. We are encouraged that the number of doctors with lists in excess of 3,000 patients has fallen in each of the past three years.
