§ Lord EltonPrisoners held in the hospital at Parkhurst Prison are normally allowed two changes of clothing a week; there have been difficulties in meeting this target in recent weeks largely because of the difficulty in keeping up with the necessary repairs to prisoners' clothing. Sufficient additional stocks of clothing have been ordered and have now arrived at the prison.
