§ Mr. WhitneyThe existing bilateral social security conventions with other European Community member states, which are out of date and cover only persons and matters not covered by the European Community social544W security regulations, will, subject to the views of the member States concerned, be revised and updated to take account of current legislation. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Home Office, and the relevant authorities in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey are being consulted.
