§ Mr. Peter MorrisonWe have no immediate plans to extend the youth training scheme in this way, and eligibility rules for the scheme in 1985–86 (which are largely unchanged from this year) were announced on 12 November 1984. However, various proposals for the enhancement of provision for 14–18 year olds are currently being considered.
