§ Sir David Priceasked the Secretary of Stare for the Environment whether his Department has now concluded its discussions with the National House Building Council 475W to establish agreed standards of repairs to the various types of prefabricated reinforced concrete dwellings designated under the Housing Benefits Act 1984.
