§ Mr. Spearingasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will tabulate in the Official Report the expenditure of the European Economic Communities for 1984 authorised prior to the introduction of supplementary budget No. 1, together with the expenditure authorised by that budget, for each main purpose and under subheadings of obligatory and non-obligatory expenditure, respectively.
