§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeResources are already available under the improvement grant scheme to doctors wishing to improve the security arrangements at their practice premises. Under this scheme eligible doctors receive by way of grant one-third of the actual cost to them of approved work and related fees, and many doctors have taken advantage of this facility.
