§ Mr. MellorWe have no immediate plans to reform the licensing law, but my right hon. and learned Friend is keeping the matter under review and will consider the results of the survey into the working of extended licensing hours in Scotland, which my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland expects to be available in the summer.
