§ Mr. ChannonThe Co-ordinating Committee held a high-level meeting in Paris on 6 and 7 February. The meeting reviewed progress made in COCOM since the previous high level meeting in April 1983, which was considered to be satisfactory both in respect of coordination between the Member States and the updating of COCOM's lists of controlled products and technologies. The meeting agreed guidelines for the content and method of future work. It also approved a modification of the procedure for reviewing its lists, which will be divided into four segments, each to be studied once every four years.
