§ Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (1) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 on milk and milk products under the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget broken down into export refunds, storage, aids, and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983;

(2) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 on different meats under the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget broken down into export refunds, storage, aids, and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983;

(3) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 on sugar and sugar beet under the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget broken down into export refunds, storage, aids, and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide corresponding figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983 together with the receipts from levies on the manufacture or sale of sugar substitutes;

(4) whether he will provide in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 on the different vegetable oils and protein plants under the guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget broken down into export refunds, storage, aids and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983;

(5) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 on cereals under the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget broken down by type of cereal and in each case into export refunds, storage, aids and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983;

(6) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing for 1984 estimated expenditure under the guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget on wine, tobacco and other products listed under the same budget heading broken down into export refunds, storage costs, aids and so on, compared with the amount appropriated; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983;

(7) whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing estimated expenditure in 1984 under the European agricultural guidance and guarantee fund guarantee section of the European Economic Community budget on the different fruits and vegetables compared with the amount appropriated; if he will break these figures down into expenditure on export refunds, storage, destruction, aid and so on; and if he will provide similar figures for expenditure in 1972, 1979 and 1983.
