§ Mr. John MacKayThe staffing implications of the planned reduction in funding depend on the outcome of current discussions with the Scottish agricultural colleges about ways in which they might accommodate reduced levels of funding in the years in question, and on the nature and extent of the contribution towards the cost of these services from those who benefit from them.
