§ Mr. WhitneyWar pensioners' mobility supplement was increased from 26 November 1984 by 5.2 per cent.
The transport and vehicle group index, that part of the retail prices index which covers motoring costs, petrol and oil, motor insurance, fares and rail transport, for the year ended November 1984 showed an increase of 2.1 per cent.
