§ 59. Mr. Bruceasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will consider initiating the resumption of the series of East-West trade seminars on the promotion, marketing and business contracts provided for under the Helsinki agreement, but which have been suspended since the 5th seminar in Posnan in 1979.
§ Mr. ButcherNo initiative is required because the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe has already arranged for a sixth seminar to be held in Geneva from 25 to 27 March this year.
