§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will list, region by region, the number of school conversion or building projects in which his Department's architects have been involved since 1981.
§ Mr. DunnStatutory approvals of particulars of individual school building projects, whether for new provision or at existing schools, were given as listed below under section 14(1) of the Education Act 1980 or under regulations in force at the time. The Department's architects are normally involved in the consideration of all such proposals.
