§ Mr. Fisherasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) whether he will publish a list of extra-statutory concessions which he has introduced since May 1979;
(2) whether he will consolidate all Her Majesty's Customs and Excise extra-statutory concessions into one publication, specifying in each case the fiscal year in which each concession was introduced;
(3) whether he will consolidate all Inland Revenue extra-statutory concessions into one publication, specifying in each case the fiscal year in which each concession was introduced.
