I do not have comprehensive information for assistance provided by Middle East 37W countries. I have had no bilateral discussions with middle east Governments concerning the current level of aid to Ethiopia.

§ Mr. RaisonVery many Ethiopians remain at risk and their number is being reassessed by the UN co-ordinator. Mr. Jansson told me on 12 February that grain supply shipments were secure until the end of May. Beyond that he expects another 600,000 tonnes to meet most needs until the end of the year.
