§ Mr. RidleyThe remit of the Anglo-French study group is to advise Ministers on guidelines for prospective promoters. When its report is submitted I will need to consider the draft guidelines with my French counterpart. I will of course ensure that the agreed guidelines are made available to hon. Members; I can not say now precisely when and how.
