§ Mr. HurdSince September 1984 there have been two meetings between officials of Northern Ireland Departments and Sinn Fein councillors. Both meetings took place at local level and related to constituency matters. In addition, officials of Northern Ireland Department have attended six meetings with district councils and council committees, at which Sinn Fein councillors were present, together with other councillors from Belfast city council and Omagh district council. I do not believe that it would be right to give details of the individuals involved.
