§ Mr. Clifford Forsytheasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if it is his intention to introduce all or any of the measures contained in the Transport Bill in Northern Ireland either by separate legislation or by Order in Council.
§ Mr. Chris Patten[pursuant to his reply, 18 February 1985, c. 376]: I will monitor the progress of the Transport Bill and will in due course consider the application of similar provisions to Northern Ireland, where relevant.
