§ Mr. LuceMr. Terry Waite called on me on 11 February. I thanked Mr. Waite on behalf of the Government for the successful completion of his humanitarian mission in securing the release of four British citizens detained in Libya. I have nothing to add to the statement by my right hon. and learned Friend in answer to my hon. Friend the Member for Harrogate (Mr. Banks) on 8 February at columns 750–52.
