§ 88. Mr. Beaumont-Darkasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, at the next meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council, he will raise the conduct of the financial management of the Community.
§ Mr. RifkindThe United Kingdom is concerned to ensure sound financial management in all areas of Community activity. We shall continue to raise the issue as appropriate at meetings of the Council.
