§ Mr. Strawasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report tables showing for each local authority in England the amount of 489W block grant that each would receive in 1985–86 after close ending and holdback if each authority spent at the level of its 1984–85 budget plus 4½ per cent., and the assumption in Cmnd. 9428 of the increase in the gross domestic product deflator.
