Member for Norfolk, North on 28 November 1984, Official Report, column 523, what is the total cost of all those measures taken to improve security of National Health Service property; and what is (a) the number of persons engaged in each of these initiatives and (b) the number of extra personnel recruited to carry out these examinations.
