§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report the following information on sales of dwellings by each local authority in England up to September 1984 (a) the number of right-to-buy claims received since October 1980, (b) the number of right-to-buy claims admitted, (c) the number of right-to-buy sales completed, (d) the number of right-to-buy sales with a council mortgage, (e) the total number of sales, right-to-buy and voluntary, completed since April 1979, (f) the total number of sales of flats, right-to-buy and voluntary, completed since April 1979, (g) the total number of dwellings owned by each authority in April 1984 and (h) the total number of sales as a percentage of the total number of dwellings owned.
