§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeNo. Redbridge health authority has already received and discussed at its public meetings innumerable oral and written reports on the dispute at Barking hospital over the past year. We see no need to call for an additional report on the dispute. I understand that the health authority has already sought and obtained the assistance of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service on a number of occasions.
