§ Mrs. ChalkerThe terms of reference of the review body were set out in the reply of 31 January of my right hon. Friend to my hon. Friend the Member for St. Albans (Mr. Lilley). These include simplification of the law as proposed in recommendation XXV of the Transport Committee's report. In other respects I see no need to await the review body's recommendations before responding to the Transport Committee.
