§ Mr. Home Robertsonasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland if he will make a statement on the circumstances in which Mr. Steven Owen of Musselburgh was held in police custody for three days between 9 February and 12 February awaiting court proceedings arising from a parking ticket; and if he is satisfied that the appropriate notice for Mr. Owen to appear in the East Lothian district court on 23 January was served on him by the police in the appropriate manner.
