§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Prime Minister what is the purpose of the moneys paid out of the Exchequer to hill farmers; and if she will publish in the Official Report particulars of such moneys paid out in each of the past five years together with particulars of any moneys paid out by the EEC during the same period.
