§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now make a statement on the progress made by the committee chaired by him which is looking into the question of benefits and grants for young people who are on training schemes, in apprenticeships, in full-time education or unemployed, between the ages of 16 and 21 years.
