§ Mr. Campbell-Savoursasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will list those 267W pesticide products cleared under the pesticides safety precautions scheme containing methyl isothiocyanate, or liberating methyl isothiocyanate when used.
§ Mrs. Fenner[pursuant to her reply, 12 February 1985, c. 108]: There is one pesticide containing methyl isothiocyanate which is cleared under the pesticides safety precautions scheme, but I understand it is no longer marketed in this country. There are two active ingredients included in products cleared under the pesticides safety precautions scheme which liberate methyl isothiocyonate on use. These are metham sodium and dazomet. The products concerned are used for soil fumigation and are as follows:
