§ Mr. JoplingIn addition to privatisation that has already taken place, we are currently examining the possibility for the National Seeds Development Organisation. Further, following the Agricultural Holdings Act 1984, responsibility for the appointment of arbitrators under the agricultural holdings legislation will be transferred to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in January 1986. I regularly review the Ministry's work to assess other possibilities.
