§ Mr. YoungerI receive a wide range of representations, both formal and informal, about the Government's decisions on public expenditure. Details about the background to these decisions as they affect expenditure on programmes within my responsibility will be published shortly in "Public Expenditure to 1987–88: A Commentary on the Scotland Programme".
