§ The Prime MinisterGovernment car service drivers are under instruction to meet the requirement of their104W passengers as they arise, including requirements imposed by security. Ministers may on occasion require cars to stand by because of urgent parliamentary and other business. As a result of arrangements recently made, the extent to which GCS cars have to wait in restricted areas will significantly reduce.
