§ Mr. John MacKayThe draft Deer (Firearms Etc.) (Scotland) Order 1984 attracted criticism on a number of counts and there was an apparent irregularity in the laying procedure. My right hon. Friend expects to lay a new draft order before Parliament shortly. This will not be identical and will take account of representations made and certain drafting amendments.
