§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsMy Department has received an application for regional selective assistance but none for urban development grant towards a project to be located at the former Cefn Mably hospital. It is standard practice to conduct all negotiations about such assistance on a commercially confidential basis and it would not therefore be right for me to provide further information.
