§ Mr. Giles Shaw:The available information is for all proceedings at magistrates' courts for the offences of a motor vehicle licence being obscured or not affixed and of failure to pay motor vehicle duty and is published in table 5 of "Offences Relating to Motor Vehicles, England and Wales, 1983, Supplementary Tables", a copy of which is in the Library of the House. Details of the circumstances of prosecutions are not collected centrally.
