§ Mr. Ancram:I received a copy of the committee's report at the end of November and the Government are giving consideration to those recommendations which are addressed to them and will respond in due course. Many of the recommendations relate to matters outside the Government's direct responsibilities and fall to be considered by the various professional bodies and institutions concerned.
