§ 45. Mr. Phillip Oppenheimasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is satisfied with the current state of the law regarding planning permission.
§ Mr. Macfarlane:We have issued a number of consultation documents about possible amendments to the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, and the necessary legislative proposals will be introduced when the parliamentary timetable permits. If my hon. Friend is concerned about problems which may have arisen over a particular proposal, I would be glad if he would write to me.
