§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Attorney-General what plans he has to prosecute the Admiral of the Fleet, Lord Lewin, for revealing information about the operation of Her Majesty's submarines, contrary to section 2 of the Official Secrets Act.
§ The Attorney-General:I refer to my reply of 1 February 1985 to the hon. Member for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley (Mr. Foulkes). He has now written to me with some information and I am having inquiries made.
