§ Mr. Allan Stewart[pursuant to his reply, 4 February 1985, c. 429]: My answer referred to the two-year period beginning in October 1982 when the science park began to operate, with the appointment of a development manager. Marketing began nearly a year before the opening of the first units in September 1983.
