§ Mr. Macfarlane[pursuant to his reply, 4 February 1985, c. 422]: Grants under my Department's special 555W grants programme are paid to voluntary bodies only. Grant of the sort I believe my hon. Friend had in mind was paid to Nottingham city council as follows:
