§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe reports which have been seen so far tend to confirm previous research evidence that employee involvement arrangements in companies are very widespread and take a great variety of forms. Some reports are however disappointing and the Government will continue to encourage companies to make full use of the opportunity which section 1 offers to review and, where necessary, improve their employee involvement arrangements.
